Book launch with Lene Nielsen

Launch of the book “The Materials of Service Design”

UX Copenhagen is pleased to host the launch of the book “The Materials of Service Design” published by Edward Elgar Publishing 2024. The book is written and curated by Johan Blomquist, Simon Clatworthy, and Stefan Holmlid. Among the many contributers to the book are a group of Danish authors from Aalborg University and the IT University of Copenhagen: Rike Neuhoff, Luca Simeone, Lea Holst Laursen, Amalia de Götzen, Nicola Morelli, Olivia T. Harre, and Lene Nielsen.

At this event, we will present the book in three short talks: “Materials of service design”, with Simon Clatworthy, “Organisations as material”, with Lene Nielsen and Olivia T. Harra “Thinking: an underexplored service design material” with Rike Neuhoff. The presentation ends with a short Q&A and a book signing.

The book launch will take place in connection with the UX Copenhagen conference on March 20 from 18.15 to 19.15.
