<p style="font-weight: 400;">In recent years, organizations and leaders have had to adapt and evolve to the changing conditions forced by the pandemic. Together with our teams, we endured difficult times, and we also experienced a collective healing. The pendulum is also shifting from demand to contraction.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Compassionate and inclusive leadership is now much more important for everyone. In this talk, <strong>José Coronado</strong> will share stories from the industry and his personal leadership journey on how to build diverse, committed, and high-impact teams.</p>
<p dir="ltr">After many years of leadership roles both in-house and as a management consultant with organizations that include JP Morgan, McKinsey, Accenture, Bain Capital, AIG, Shire, Aquent, ADP, Oracle, and AT&amp;T, <strong>Jose </strong>recently became an freelancer, working with leading change management initiatives, and design and development of innovative products that have exponentially increased the customer experience. He is a performance-driven user experience, transformation and innovation executive, who is passionate about creating products that engage people, generate revenue and optimize performance.</p>
<p dir="ltr">He leverages his expertise in user experience, leading projects and galvanizing global teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive profitability.</p>
