About the speaker

Melina is a Service Designer at Daresay with solid international experience, and a passion for co-creation and human-centered design methods.

Melina considers herself very lucky to be working with service design as a means to influence society for the better, to find unexplored solutions, and to create new roles by involving users. She is deeply interested in the core of why we do things the way we do them and how we can use our human potential to create better products, services and personal lives with and without technology.

About the workshop: “The Daresay Kit: How To Build Amazing Teams”

Along with Lisa Lee, Melina will be hosting a workshop using the Daresay Kit. “Great teams don’t have to be a happy accident! In this workshop by Daresay, you will be introduced to the Teamwork kit. The kit contains a free handbook and a collection of tools that helps teams build trust and deliver great work together, following a structured process.During the workshop you will gain a better understanding of the characteristics of a great team and how to reach a culture of safety.Join this workshop to understand how to influence a better work environment, and discover why you should be an ambassador for teamwork. With the right mindset and a great framework, any group can become a creative, resilient team.”
