About the talk
Every designer is a hero waiting for the right moment. And in our ever-changing world, we need heroes.
These are the stories of remarkable designers around the world finding problems problems within their community – and taking actions that change lives. From the darker side streets of Copenhagen to the unyielding Nigerian sun, designers everywhere are stepping up to take on smaller projects that make a big impact.
This talk will explore their stories, why these heroes succeed, and how we as experience designers can replicate that success starting today within our own communities.
After all, you never need anyone’s permission to do the right thing – and the best time to do the right thing is right now.
